Born in India in 1989, Abira Das found early inspiration in his father’s drawings and the enchanting world of Disney animation. Graduating in animation and multimedia from St. Xavier’s College Kolkata in 2011, she embarked on a career as a character designer, comic book artist, and illustrator. After exploring various mediums, she transitioned to freelancing, discovering his passion for illustrating children’s books.
With over 100 published works on Amazon, Abira has left her mark on literature worldwide, with projects from the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Israel, Papua New Guinea, Switzerland, and Ghana. An avid tea sipper, bookworm, music enthusiast, and world traveler, Abira finds joy in expanding her collection of soft toys and action figures while indulging in binge-watching sessions and enhancing her creative world through compulsive doodling during phone calls.
